You can obtain a Certificate of Deposit if you are:

• Egyptian
• A foreign resident
• Minors, in their names, under their legal guardian’s authority

You can cash your interest over the counter of any CIB branch or through any ATM

How to apply

• Copy of national ID or passport for foreigners
• Recent original utility bill/telephone bill
